2011 Sunny South East Golf Challenge

The 2011 Sunny South East Golf Challenge competition will be played over 3 of the finest courses in the South East of Ireland - Bunclody, Carlow, and Mount Wolseley, a superb test of the most skilled golfer and each situated in the beautifully landscaped Carlow countryside.

The Competition

This team of 4 any combination & singles competition will take place on June 15th, 16th and 17th in Bunclody, Carlow & Mount Wolseley Golf Clubs with the final presentation of prizes on Friday 17th in Mount Wolseley Golf Hotel.

 

The event will be confined to the first 420 amateurs (male & female with a Handicap Limit of 22 for men & 30 for ladies). The entry fee is €99.00 euro per player. 

Play will be in fourballs. 

Each competitor will play 18 holes over each of the 3 courses on successive days.

Entries will be accepted from golfers who are members of affiliated clubs and must have an official club handicap. 

The Organising Committee reserves the right to revise any players handicap during the tournament. 

The decision of the Organising Committee shall be final in any matter relating to the tournament.

Prizes will include daily & overall individual/team winners. 

Scoring will be on the Stableford System (Full handicap)
